What You Will Be Doing

• You will operate at roughly 60 to 70 percent hands on development, with the rest focused on leadership and direction.
• Write clean scalable production grade Java code.
• Lead code reviews and enforce high engineering standards.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level developers.
• Take ownership of delivery quality and technical direction.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and system design.
• Identify problems early and fix them before they escalate.
• Influence hiring decisions and help build a high-performance team.
• This is a role where your impact will be clearly visible quickly.

Tech Stack

• Java Spring Boot
• AWS including ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.
• PostgreSQL
• Angular

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.
• Strong experience building and maintaining production systems.
• Solid understanding of system design and architecture principles.
• Experience working with AWS based environments.
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver without supervision.
